RLS---anyone know of any natural cures? - natural cures for rls

Does anyone know any natural treatments (herbs, minerals, etc.) to help with restless legs (RLS)?

I think a glass of tonic water (depending on type combined with gin or vodka) helps a lot - quinine, which was the sort of things used for that before it's because the name of the restless legs syndrome "

Cut all alcohol and caffeine from your diet. Yoga, especially camels and bow pose. Thai massage. I think that runs 3.4 miles to about 9 clock after a hot shower, then stretching and yoga exercises, which I mentioned below, the bed works well enough. Nothing always works, but this is a consistent routine for me. I tried Ambien, never to walk all night, half asleep, crashing into the walls.

Some members of my family swear by using a wrapped bar of Dove or Ivory soap between the mattress and sheets to the foot of the bed. It's cheap, and certainly no side effects.

Magnesium is the most important (or try magnesium glycinate) orotate.
I also found that the mud baths help this immensely.
Stay way from too much coffee, deteriorates the image.
